There is One Great Law that governs the Universe.  Its manifestations are multiform, but it is a wonderful law. We are familiar with some of its manifestations, but are almost totally ignorant of certain others. Still many strive to learn more and more about this law daily-the veil is being lifted.

We mostly here talk of The Law of Gravitation, but the equally wonderful manifestation, THE LAW OF ATTRACTION and it’s affects IN THE THOUGHT WORLD is ignored.

The wonderful manifestation of Law draws and holds together the atoms of which matter is composed – we recognize the power of the law that attracts bodies to the earth, that holds the circling worlds in their places, but we close our eyes to the mighty law that draws to us the things we desire or fear, that create the reality of our lives.

Thought is a force – a manifestation of energy – having a magnet-like power of attraction.

When you understand this, you begin to understand the whys of many things that have appeared dark to you.  As appearance is an illusion.   There is no study that will greatly repay the student for his/her time and efforts to gain insight and understanding of the workings of this immense law of Thought – the Law of Attraction.

When we think, we send out vibrations of a fine ethereal substance.  These substances are as real as the vibrations manifesting light, heat, electricity, and magnetism. Although these vibrations are not evident to our five senses, it is not proof that they do not exist.

A powerful magnet will send out vibrations and exert a force sufficient to attract to itself a piece of steel weighing a hundred pounds, but we can neither see, taste, smell, hear nor feel the mighty force.

These thought vibrations, likewise, cannot be seen, tasted, smelled, heard nor felt in the ordinary way.   It is true that there are record cases of people who are unusually sensitive to psychic abilities who have perceived powerful thought-waves.  Many of us can testify that we have distinctly felt the thought vibrations of others, both with in the presence of the sender or at a distance. Telepathy and its kindred phenomena are not idle dreams.

Light and heat are manifested by vibrations of a far lower intensity than those of thought, but the difference is solely in the rate of vibration. The annals of science throw an interesting light upon this question. Prof. Elisha Gray, an eminent scientist, says in his little book, “The Miracles of Nature”:

“There is much food for speculation in the thought that there exist sound-waves that no human ear can hear, and color-waves of light that no eye can see. The long, dark, soundless space between 40,000 and 400,000,000,000,000 vibrations per second, and the infinity of range beyond 700,000,000,000,000 vibrations per second, where light ceases, in the universe of motion, makes it possible to indulge in speculation.”

I merely give you this information as food for thought and to demonstrate to you that thought vibrations exists and with some reflection, you will recognize how it coincides with your own experience.

Have you ever thought about who you are? Are you the body you see every day in the mirror?

Your body is constantly changing. It is different now than it was ten years ago, twenty years ago, or even yesterday. According to science cells in our bodies are constantly replaced by new ones. Although scientists differ in their opinions, most of them agree that your cells regenerate constantly and create a completely new body. Not even one cell is the same.

Are you your mind? Can you observe your own mind?  Can you notice what you are thinking right now? Maybe you are reading this article now, but thinking about something else? Does it happen often? Can you observe how your mind works, so you are not your mind?

Our minds constantly play different movies in front of us.  Experiences, thoughts, desires, beliefs, are constantly emanating in our minds.

Have you ever tried to control your mind? Do this….. Try to focus on a single thing for five minutes, concentrate on that one thing. Let’s say visualize a yellow triangle. Do not think about anything else. Just concentrate on the yellow triangle.

Were you able to do it? Notice how many times you thought about something other than the yellow triangle. At first, it may appear very difficult to control your mind.  But by choosing to focus on one thing or though everyday you can take control of your mind and thoughts.

Usually we allow our minds to control us. What do you mostly think about every day? Most people think about their past and worry about the future.

Your past reminiscences can be happy or sad, but past is the past. It’s gone. Future is unknown, but you are creating your future now. Whatever you are thinking about now will manifest in the future. So, if you think about problems, lack of money, difficult situations, your future will be like this. If you think about how to make ends meet, that’s exactly what will happen. You will just make ends meet.

What if you started to live now? What if you stopped thinking about your past and stopped worrying about your future. Start to think now that your life is happy. You could think that NOW you and your family have everything that you want and desire. Try it. Try to really visualize your perfect life. Don’t think about the future. Live as if it already exists, and be grateful for it. Feel happy and visualize the luxurious life that you have always wanted.

Train your mind to think about what you want every day.  Learn the science of manifestation and put it into practice.  Great things don’t come easily. That’s why so many people don’t live the lives of their dreams. They don’t control their lives. They live their lives based on routine, traditions, religious beliefs, believing that they are not worthy, and that riches comes with a price.  You can change your life and the direction towards the freedom and wealth that you so desire. You can be happy, healthy and wealthy. Make the choice today.

What does the zodiac say about you? The zodiac is a collection of constellations that tell movements of the sun and moon, as well as, other planets. You will find that there are twelve signs of the zodiac and they are based on the constellations that are especially important to the world. There are many different types of zodiac signs, but most of them are similar in tradition. You will find that every culture has a different way of interpreting the stars, but the twelve zodiac signs that are traditional seem to have a lot of meaning. No matter what your sign is, you will find that there is a specific pull in the universe that seems to get you to move towards a specific path in life, and that is because of your position with the moon, the sun, and the planets. Sometimes it will be a good day, sometimes it will be a bad day, however, you can learn and grow with each day.


As for the signs, there are masculine signs and feminine signs. The masculine signs are Aquarius, Aries, Gemini, Leo, Libra, and Sagittarius. The feminine signs are Taurus, Cancer, Virgo, Scorpio, Pisces, and a Capricorn. This does not necessarily mean that you will have a boy or a girl, but you will possess either more masculine or feminine traits. There are a lot of things that your sign means and stands for. You will find that you will have things in common with the profile of your sign. Keep in mind that it may not be exact, but you will represent the sign that you were born under in one way or another.


People with the sign of Aries, are very strong-willed.  Aries tend to be more impulsive, do things alone, and usually stand up for themselves. Things need to be simplified and often Aries tend to lose interest in some of the projects that they start.


Leos find themselves to be selfish and very egotistical. They are more aware of themselves than anyone else. They make sure that the focus puts them at center stage.  Leos are very loyal and trustworthy towards people who matter the most to them.


The Sagittarius sign is the sign for adventurers. It’s hard to make plans, because they never know what mood they’ll be in. They find it hard to separate work and play because they still have a careless attitude towards most things. Sagittarius tend to be very successful because they find the fun in work.


Taurus’ tend to be very stubborn. They are the stick in the mud. A Taurus is practical and realistic and can sometimes put a damper on adventurous plans. You will want to give a Taurus plenty of patience, because they make worth-while friends and lovers.


Capricorns tend to be the opposite of Taurus’ and are mature and practical, but they would rather just do things on their own. It’s kind of like, they prefer to do it themselves because they know the job will get done right. They are loners

The Gemini sign stands for immature trouble. They are quick on their feet, but even quicker with the wit. They have a strong personality and it can be hard to tell when a Gemini is being serious or just playing.


Libras tend to be respective to others and work in any type of relationship. They are very valuable workers too, because they like to be cooperative and often compromise to make others happy.


The Aquarius represents a lot of things. It is mostly ideas, but ideas that will show benefit to the overall project. You will find that they are often creative and bursting with new ideas.


Cancer is a sign that represents a positive character in others. It is based on loyalty and love. They tend to make their home their work world and business.

Love and Light for My Readers


To all my readers.  This post is to acknowledge the many comments left on the site while I was on hiatus learning and acquiring insight through life experiences. Something that we all should do occasionally.  Always take time for yourself in everything you do.  Besides, why not take your time, what is the rush.  You need time to yourself to dissect each new founded experience to help you develop “You.”  The only person that can help you develop you, is you.  It’s perfectly ok to turn off your cell phone, not respond to text or emails when you need time for yourself.  Time to reflect, time to add more pieces of the puzzle together, time to use newly learned information to transform to your greatest self so that you can help others transform to their greatest self.

Never perceive any experience in your life as negative as each experience has lessons to use as stepping stones for building, learning, empowering, and acquiring wisdom for your life’s journey.  Despite the hardships, difficulties, and challenges that you face with each experience, let those experiences open your eyes, mind, and soul to new perceptions, ideologies, and opportunities for your personal growth and self-awareness.

You! Yes You! No matter where you are or what is going on in your life right now, you have the power and the ability to help someone else transform their life.  Never forget that.  The power lies within you.  No one else.  Guidance may be needed but the power lies within.

Love is the center of every relationship.  One of the most famous songs by the band The Eagles was titled “Love Will Keep Us Alive.”  However, love is not the only thing that keeps couples together.  There are things that need to be present in order to keep a relationship healthy and flourishing.

These qualities are essential for both partners in order to maintain a healthy relationship:

Trusting each other. This means loyalty. Being confident that your partner will remain loyal despite the fact that he/she is surrounded by temptations.  This is knowing that your boyfriend/girlfriend, husband/wife loves you enough not to cheat on you.  Being jealous and overreacting to situations without knowing the facts is harmful.  Acting on impulse because of jealousy will only bring issues to the relationship.

Respect for each other.  Give respect to your significant other so that it comes back to you.  Treat others the way you would want to be treated and it will be reciprocated.  This include respect for your individuality, for your unique personality, your sense of humor, or even the weirdest things about you. It also entails having respect for the decision that you make, whereas your partner understands and respect your decisions. In simple terms, mutual respect in a relationship means that you value each other’s differences and understand them, not trying to change other person’s personality. You love them for who they are.

Maintain a sense of fairness. Relationships are never one-way street.  It should always be give and take.  This may be something as simple as choosing a location for vacation or a movie to watch.  This means establishing mutual consent on whatever the couple wants to do, instead of making the decision without the other person’s being aware and then it becomes a battle for power.

Keep an Open line of Communication.  Allowing the freedom for each other to express feelings honestly without the fear of being ridiculed or misinterpreted is a key ingredient to a healthy relationship.  Being able to initiate a conversation to speak what is on your mind shows that there is a comfort in the relationship to discuss a vast array of topics with each other. Be mindful that what is being said is taken in a pleasant and constructive way.  Remember is not what you say, but how you say it.

Honest, Honesty, Honesty. Honesty and trust goes hand in hand.  Being honest in a relationship builds trust.  If honesty doesn’t exist in the relationship, trust disappears as well.  With both of these qualities absent between two people, there is no relationship.  Many times honesty and trust issues arise because one person is in doubt because of previous issues from past relationships.  Stop killing your relationship with past issues.

Support. This doesn’t only mean offering your support to your partner when they’re down or faced with a difficult situation. Your partner also needs your support during times of happiness and triumph.  It such a wonderful feeling to know that someone’s with you when you’re in the mud, but it’s also nice to have someone to share your sweet success with.


Separate Identities. This means compromising in situations where there is a difference in interest. This doesn’t have to end up with one losing his identity just to give way to the other person. Both partners should still be able to maintain time for their own interest like when they started with the relationship.

Relationships don’t work out on its own, it needs work.   What may have started as a love-filled relationship is not guaranteed to end up love-filled like before.  Falling in love is easy, staying in love requires work.  Not many people want to put the work in, but they want to be loved.  Understanding you and your partner’s differences, embracing those little difference and working around those will make your relationship easier to handle. Keeping it healthy, will make you both flourish and grow not just as individuals, but as a couple as well. Keeping the Love alive.

Love is addictive. Recent studies support the unpalatable truth that falling in love is, in some ways, isn’t indistinguishable from a severe pathology. Behavior changes are reminiscent of psychosis and, biochemically speaking, passionate love closely imitates substance abuse. Appearing in the BBC series Body Hits on December 4, Dr. John Marsden, the head of the British National Addiction Center, said that love is addictive, akin to cocaine and speed. Sex is a “booby trap”, intended to bind the partners long enough to bond.

Using functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging (fMRI), Andreas Bartels and Semir Zeki of University College in London showed that the same areas of the brain are active when abusing drugs and when in love. The prefrontal cortex – hyperactive in depressed patients – is inactive when besotted. How can this be reconciled with the low levels of serotonin that are the telltale sign of both depression and infatuation, it’s unknown.

The initial drive – lust – is brought on by surges of sex hormones, such as testosterone and estrogen. These induce an indiscriminate scramble for physical gratification. Attraction transpires once a more-or-less appropriate object is found (with the right body language and speed and tone of voice) and is tied to a panoply of sleep and eating disorders.

A study conducted at the University of Chicago demonstrated that testosterone levels shoot up by one third even during a casual chat with a female stranger. The stronger the hormonal reaction, the more marked the changes in behavior, concluded the authors. This loop may be part of a larger “mating response”. In animals, testosterone provokes aggression and recklessness. The hormone’s readings in married men and fathers are markedly lower than in single males still “playing the field”.

Helen Fisher of Rutgers University suggests a three-phased model of falling in love. Each stage involves a distinct set of chemicals. The BBC summed it up succinctly and sensationally: “Events occurring in the brain when we are in love have similarities with mental illness”.

Moreover, we are attracted to people with the same genetic makeup and smell (pheromones) of our parents. Dr Martha McClintock of the University of Chicago studied feminine attraction to sweaty T-shirts formerly worn by males. The closer the smell resembled her father’s, the more attracted and aroused the woman became. Falling in love is, therefore, an exercise in proxy incest and a vindication of Freud’s much-maligned Oedipus and Electra complexes.

In the February 2004 issue of the Journal Neurolmage, Andreas Bartels of the University College in London’s Welcome Department of Imaging, Neuroscience described identical reactions in the brains of young mothers looking at their babies and in the brains of people looking at their lovers. “Both romantic and maternal love are highly rewarding experiences that are linked to the perpetuation of the species, and consequently have a closely linked biological function of crucial evolutionary importance” – he told Reuters.

This incestuous backdrop of love was further demonstrated by psychologist David Perrett of the University of St Andrews in Scotland. The subjects in his experiments preferred their own faces – in other words, the composite of their two parents – when computer-morphed into the opposite sex.

Contrary to prevailing misconceptions, love is mostly about negative emotions. As Professor Arthur Aron from State University of New York at Stony brook has shown, in the first few meetings, people misinterpret certain physical cues and feelings – notably fear and thrill – as (falling in) love. Thus, counterintuitively, anxious people – especially those with the “serotonin transporter” gene – are more sexually active (i.e., fall in love more often).

Obsessive thoughts regarding the Loved One and compulsive acts are also common. Perception is distorted as is cognition. “Love is blind” and the lover easily fails the reality test. Falling in love involves the enhanced secretion of b-Phenyl ethylamine (PEA, or the “love chemical”) in the first 2 to 4 years of the relationship.

This natural drug creates a euphoric high and helps obscure the failings and shortcomings of the potential mate. Such oblivion – perceiving only the spouse’s good sides while discarding her bad ones – is a pathology akin to the primitive psychological defense mechanism known as “splitting”. Narcissists – patients suffering from the Narcissistic Personality Disorder – also Idealize romantic or intimate partners. A similar cognitive-emotional impairment common in many mental health conditions.

The activity of a host of neurotransmitters – such as Dopamine, Adrenaline (Norepinephrine), and Serotonin – is heightened (or in the case of Serotonin, lowered) in both paramours. Yet, such irregularities are also associated with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and depression.

It is telling that once attachment is formed and infatuation gives way to a more stable and less exuberant relationship, the levels of these substances return to normal. They are replaced by two hormones (endorphins) which usually play a part in social interactions (including bonding and sex) – Oxytocin (the “cuddling chemical”) and Vasopressin. Oxytocin facilitates bonding. It is released in the mother during breastfeeding, in the members of the couple when they spend time together – and when they sexually climax.

Love, in all its phases and manifestations, is an addiction, probably to the various forms of internally secreted norepinephrine, such as the aforementioned amphetamine-like PEA. Love, in other words, is a form of substance abuse. The withdrawal of romantic love has serious mental health repercussions.

A study conducted by Dr. Kenneth Kendler, professor of psychiatry and director of the Virginia Institute for Psychiatric and Behavioral Genetics, and others, and published in the September issue of Archives of General Psychiatry, revealed that breakups often lead to depression and anxiety.

Still, love cannot be reduced to its biochemical and electrical components. Love is not tantamount to our bodily processes – rather, it is the way we experience them. Love is how we interpret these flows and ebbs of compounds using a higher-level language. In other words….. Love is Pure Poetry.

The Effects of Stress

STRESS, STRESS, STRESS!!! You’ve heard the word a million times. We all know it exist and we deal with it every single day of our lives.  But do you know how stress can affect you.  Did you know that stress will change who you are, what you think, and how you feel?

We all cope with stress in different ways. Many people tend to ignore it. When you ignore stress it can lead to serious physical and mental health problems. Whichever way you choose to deal with stress the fact remains the same, stress does affect you and shouldn’t be ignored.

Choosing to ignore stress puts the body in a state of “dis-ease” and “overload.” It is extremely unhealthy to ignore and let it linger.  When your body functions in a continuous cycle of stress it begins to feed off of your internal organs. As mentioned before, holding on to things that are bothering you could lead to serious health risks. Most of us like to think we’re strong and can handle anything placed before us.

There are no prizes given out for a lifestyle full of hiding and holding on to grudges, anger, bitterness, and guilt. None of these things will matter when stress becomes too overwhelming and explodes into rage.  If you don’t take steps to deplete the stressors that you face, you can’t think as clearly and make mindful decisions that are beneficial.  By the way, why do you want to abuse the energetic and amazing body that were born blessed with?

When the body and mind have been filled with pain and aggravation, it begins to weaken. The signs may not be apparent at first, but the effects of the weakening process will change who you are and why you exist. The physical health of your body will begin to decline and exhibit significant health risks such as high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and gastric problems. It can also lead to weight gain, premature again and simply feeling more aches and pains.

Stress is a capable killer. It needs to be taken seriously by everyone – no exceptions.  In an article published by WebMD, 75%-90% of doctor visits are stress related ailments.

You cannot run from stress. Stress can and will catch up to us no matter where you flee to or where you attempt to hide. Instead, you must face the challenge head on. You cannot let stress beat you down to the state of being unrecognized and lost.

At this stage you are irritable, agitated, exhausted, hopeless, defiant, submissive, and antisocial. You stop exploring the joys of life and instead dwell on the evils. You lose all concentration and enter into denial. You stop communicating with the outside world. You give up on hope and latch on to despair. You become a lost soul.

Learn to manage your stress in a positive way. Learn to cope with it effectively and to channel it. You don’t have to let the little things wear you down. Thrive to have bigger things fall into your lap.

Take the time to think about the situations confronting you. Then decide on how you can use it to move forward. Harness the energy normally wasted on stress and use it to fuel your ambitions. Don’t be afraid of stress. Instead let it affect you in a positive way.


Stress affects each person in different ways. It doesn’t have to alter your personality. It doesn’t have to be a demon. It does not have to cause chaos in your life or those you love. Learn to manage your stress, avoid costly hospital visits, and be the winner in stressful situations.

Esotericism Insight

There is more to Truth and Reality than what elementary minds would want to pursue and consider. It often seems more comfortable to sit in the dark where we see nothing than to face the blinding light. Is the blindness both blissful ignorance and/or initial shock that eventually offers solace to the soul. It is the courageous individual that seeks Truth no matter how painful or shocking it may be. Humankind may be categorized into two distinct groups, those that seek Truth and those who are devoted and satisfied with dogmas and creed:

1) “The Many,” the believers, those who are devoted and satisfied with the dogmas of their creed and resistant to any teachings that contradicts and upsets their beliefs and faith including the higher revelations of the Paraclete or the Holy Spirit.

2) “The Few,” the seekers, those who are jaded with irrational faiths and creeds that do not satisfy the intellect nor the growing conscience of the inner self and who seek spiritual knowledge and experience to fill the empty   heart of spiritual yearning. St. Martin, the co-founder of Martinism, calls this second group, “Men of Desire.”

Realizing this division within humankind ever since the spring of existence, the higher intelligences that oversees the evolution of man instituted religions with dual sections that catered to the two types of men. It has been acknowledged by the spiritual guardians, the “Minor Spirits” of Martinism that the masses of man are as yet too immature to participate in their own salvation and the unfoldment of their divinity. Only the few had the capacity of doing so. Religion, therefore, has its mysteries, an esoteric side to its nature, established for the nurture and nourishment of those few who were qualified to receive the higher teachings that would stimulate the awakening and unfoldment of their divine consciousness, their seed potential of Christhood or Buddhahood and establish them firmly on the path of discipleship, that they may become initiates of the Holy Spirit.

“But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory.” (1Co:2:7)

Religion, to be of value, should reach the hearts of men standing at various grades of the evolutionary ladder, as depicted in the symbolism of Jacob’s dream. Its doctrines and precepts should include both elementary and advanced teachings of cosmic laws that would assist man in fulfilling the ancient threefold injunction: “Know thyself, know thyself as God, and know thy enemy.” Teachings suitable for the few are called “esoteric.” St. Paul called such manna “meat,” in contradistinction to the “milk” suitable for the many–or the “babes”–those whose soul-experience, personal evolution, and consciousness are still on the elementary level.

Origen, one of the early Fathers of Christianity, taught that only when the members of the church’s congregation ceased to do evil would the esoteric side or secret mysteries be revealed. Sinners were told not to sin, but notwithstanding the simplicity of this precept, the early Christian following found it difficult to put this teachings into practice and sincere seekers, as a result, became scarce. Gradually, the portal of the “straight and narrow gate” was closed and withdrawn from the Christian institution and its existence forgotten by lay members and priesthood alike. The “keys” to the Kingdom of Heaven were no longer in the hands of the Apostle Peter’s successors–the very nature of these “keys” are unknown to most religious representatives of God, even more so to the lay follower. The latter is unconscious of its existence.

Nowadays, blind leaders mislead their equally blind followers with a salvation based on a false interpretation of the scriptures. But this condition has actually always existed in the past in the temples of religious instruction. The Master Jesus was very vocal regarding these mis-leaders of the Spiritual Law.

Religion in its original intent was meant to convey to the minds and hearts of man at a certain point of his mental and spiritual development the Secret Wisdom of the Ages. Humankind is expected to be responsible for their own salvation and freedom from the bondage of matter. Since man is evolving and progressing toward the Light, revelation would need to be continuous to satisfy man’s constant inquiry, growing awareness and comprehension of the Nature of Being, the ontology of his Soul. Resistance to further revelations of the “Comforter,” is an act of fanaticism and causes the evolutionary impulse of the resisting one to stall and prolong the sleep of consciousness in the tomb of matter.

It was the opposition of gnostic, Ancient Wisdom, and progressive revelation that caused the esoteric side of religions, particularly Christianity, to withdraw formally from the outer, exoteric work and form themselves into secret societies and Orders, preserving the secret teachings in their archives. It is the esoteric side of religion that infuses life into the institution as a whole. Religion without the mystical aspect, becomes a farce, a sham, and a fertile field for corruption. Dogmas and foundationless beliefs and faiths simply insult human intelligence, and the rebellion of the human soul struggling for enlightenment occurs as a natural result.

Sometimes we hold on to things that we think we will need. If necessary, ask someone to help you evaluate the things that you hoard in your home.  There are certain things that we are emotionally attached to and can’t seem to get rid of.  What you may be holding so dearly and refuse to part with may not just be a sign of bad Feng Shui but may also be a sign of a hoarding problem. Clear your mind, detach yourself from what you are hoarding. You will not only relieve yourself from attachment issues but you will allow space for good Feng Shui.


Many people believe that enlightenment is one state. It is also a belief that when it is attained, a person is forever in that state.

Enlightenment is not just one state but is a progressive and gradual establishing of levels of consciousness. Enlightenment happens in a stages of self-actualization and self-discoveries.

Usually there is a difference between an initial awakening and a later stabilization of that stage that happens through practice or experiences. The initial awakenings are new discoveries about the dynamics of consciousness, while the stabilization stage is the assimilation of what is being discovered into one’s life experience. Sometimes a new discovery can completely overrule or modify an older one.

Almost all stages of enlightenment can be said to be associated with Presence. However, the enlightening Presence comes in various degrees of intensity and clarity. The degree of intensity is directly dependent on the level and depth of one’s clarity as well as one’s realizations and discoveries.

As one progresses along, the relationship or connections of oneself to the universe and existence at large also becomes clearer.

When you begin to meditate, you may first experience the all-pervading Presence. This Presence, is most often experienced when thoughts are momentarily suspended. This Presence which exists in the Eternal Present Moment is our true self.

Such an experience can be classified as an awakening to the true self, the “no-self”. This is a result of the Presence to have disappeared after the meditation.  If it is difficult to understand and find the connection of presence to our everyday life it will be difficult to re-acquire the Presence.

It takes many stages and series of realizations to understand the relationship of Presence to our phenomenal world. It can be said that the prolonged sustaining of Presence is dependent on the stages and depth of realization.

The reflection of absolute is “I AM”. During earlier stages of meditation, it may be mistaken for another state to be the pure presence.   Do not mistaken “I AM” for pure presences.  This happens when the thinking mind creates a reflective image of Pure Presence.

In order to pass through the ‘I AM’ stage, the person must move into deeper understandings. These understandings may include realizing that one’s personality is not the doer of action. This stage may persist for a while before the person recognizes the illusion of subject-object division.

This stage involves recognizing the hypnotic impression of there being an observer and the being observed. Here is where one begins to see through the illusionary nature of our phenomenal world.

You can see from the above description that enlightenment is not so straight-forward after all it is gradual and progressive.
